Attendee Cancellation Policy
BOILER 2024 (“the show”) recognizes that both professional and personal situations can result in needing to make a change to business travel. Therefore, all attendee cancellations must be submitted in writing to
boiler2024@abma.com before March 7, 2024. Expo Hall Passes are non-refundable. Full Conference Registrations will be assessed a cancellation fee of $50. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute. Substitutions must be submitted in writing to boiler2024@abma.com by the original registrant by March 31, 2024. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 7, 2024. All refunds for cancellations received by the deadline will be issued after the conclusion of the show. BOILER 2024 and ABMA are not responsible or liable for any costs incurred due to cancellations or delays of any type including travel and/or weather that may affect purchased events, including seminars, training courses, tours, certifications, luncheons, and receptions.

Child Policy
No one under 18 years of age will be allowed on the show floor during move-in, show hours, and move-out.

Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all show areas. Anyone who wishes to smoke or vape may do so outside the building or in any of the convention center’s designated smoking areas.

Literature/Product Distribution Policy
Only contracted exhibitors are permitted to promote their products, services or company at BOILER 2024. Company promotion, sample and literature distribution by exhibitors must be done within their contracted exhibit space, except for designated sponsorships and marketing opportunities. This includes, but is not limited to "roaming" characters, handing out flyers, approaching exhibits to sell products, leaving and/or distributing product information in public spaces and show floor aisles, all of which are prohibited. Exhibitors found doing so will be sent back to their exhibit and materials left will be recycled. Attendees will be asked to leave the show and forfeit their badges. Any "suitcasers" should be reported to Show Management.

Event Code of Conduct
ABMA is committed to providing events that are free of harassment and improper behavior. We expect attendees to follow our Event Code of Conduct at all times. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1) Harassment of any person (attendees, ABMA employees, hotel or restaurant staff, etc.) based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected status, as provided by local, state or federal law.
2) Sexual harassment of any person, including unwelcome attention, stalking and/or physical contact.
3) Abusive conduct that has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with another person's ability to enjoy or participate in the event, including social events related to the conference.
4) Undue interruptions of sessions or social events. If a person is found by ABMA to have engaged in conduct that violates this Code, appropriate action will be taken, which may include, but is not limited to, expulsion from the event, restriction from attendance at future ABMA events and/or withdrawal of membership. Individuals who witness, become aware of, or experience inappropriate conduct should report such conduct to the ABMA President & CEO, Marketing Director or Chair of the Board.

Antitrust Policy

American Boiler Manufacturers Association
It is the policy of the American Boiler Manufacturers Association and the responsibility of every ABMA member company, principal representative, and meeting attendee, to comply in all respects with federal antitrust laws. No activity or discussion at any ABMA function may be engaged in for the purpose of bringing about or attempting to bring about any understanding or agreement among competitors to (a) raise, lower, or stabilize prices; (b) regulate production; (c) allocate
markets; (d) encourage boycotts; (e) foster unfair trade practices; (f) assist monopolization, or (g) in any way violate Federal or State antitrust laws.

Any questions regarding the meaning or applicability of this policy, as well as any concerns regarding activities or discussions at ABMA meetings, should be promptly brought to the attention of the ABMA President & CEO or ABMA General Counsel."
